...i found this cd on the racks and decided to buy it....it is a very artsy cd..and i think it does do justice to prince..the sax playing is funky sans words..the cd itself doesn't say who is actually playing the sax..i guess it is by various artists..it came out 11-13-07 by a distributing company from burnsville, MN..
..It makes me wonder if prince plays the sax?..i mean has anyone ever seen or heard prince play it?..prince can play many,many instruments..would sax be on his resume?..the way it sounds,..it makes me wonder if our big daddi is behind it in some way?...it is an office pleaser!.....mzsexybaby

Maceo parker said that the only instrument Prince never played was the horn because he didn't have enough wind (lung power) but he knew Prince could do it if he set his mind to it.

..prince guests onstage with maceo parker at his concert at the beacon theater..new york...parker performed as bruce hornsby's opening act...prince brought out parker's saxophone and teased the audience by ALMOST comming out a few times..in the end..he played an extended organ solo.....

...also..you know how back in the day prince used cover-up-names?...listening to this cd more and more..really makes me wonder if it IS prince on the sax..is he conquer'in his fear of the horn..practice'in on us..so he can bring out "letter to miles"...prince has many talents and he only gets better by practicing...i want to recommend latin music as well to prince...jazz & salsa are kissing-cousins ....mzsexybaby

...i was listen'in to the song THE WORD..on 3121 and i noticed the sax part...i was like...this is funky sax playing..i look into the song to see who is playing the sax...it said that prince is doing all the instruments and vox..i was impressed..the sax part is small and it wasn't very noticable at first..but since i started looking for that instrument i'm happy to say it was a very nice touch..the song couldn't do without it.....mzsexybaby
