May 30,2000..a day in the life of prince.... ...Prince answers on-line questions on aol-live....
..asked about the song "empty room"..he said"if i ever get a chance to mix prince and the revolution's Roadhouse Garden..that cut will definetly get a shoot..i really do believe that good music appreciates..so i continue to write and record new things in the knowledge that all good things come in time".. ..will he ever release "moonbeam levels"?..."definitely...one of my favorite as well"... .."is he planning to release purple rain w/out-takes included?...."to my knowledge..there were no outtakes from the album...most of it being recorded live"... ..is he planning an MTVunplugged performance in the future?...."MTV hates me" ..does he think that the religious message in his work is alienating a part of his audience?.."WE ONLY SEEK TO ENLIGHTEN..OUR PURPOSE IS NOT TO ALIENATE BUT TO AWAKEN"..... ....i really like the ending statement...i appreciate that.....mzsexybaby  ..She's Just A Baby..but she's my lady..my loveR..my only friend!..true love that will last!..PEOPLE DON'T UNDERSTAND..WHAT SHE SEES IN AN OLDER MAN..they never stop 2 think that maybe i'm what she's looking 4..THEY NEVER TAKE THE TIME..2 look in her mind | |

This is my question that I submitted to his website. He let everyone submit a question and he would answer it.....this is my question. I have a print out of it in storage. I remember I was so pissed because I was talking about the movie....not the album. "I get one chance to talk to him mis reads my question." Where did you find this? "Seeking 2 Awaken," that is a nice statement Prince made.

Now that I think back, I don't think it's entirely honest to say there were no outtakes for PR. In Per Nelson's book, it's claimed that Prince wrote 100 songs for the album. | |
