No European dates since 2002 (bar a couple of small one-off shows) so lots of people travelled from all over the UK and Europe to get there.

Low ticket prices - non-hardcore fans could afford to go and see some 'greatest hits' without huge cost. Weirdos that hang around Prince forums went multiple times.

Reputation Those who have seen him live know and spread the word. Especially aftershows (when he turns up)

Charts are no indicator of ticket sales Most singles are bought by kids not old enough to have learnt to download music illegally. Too young for gigs.

agreed....oh you missed one....

London The new music capital of the world ...and funky as hell ..London knows how to party...say what...London knows how to party... cool music
Da, Da, Da....Emancipation....Free..don't think I ain't..! London 21 Nights...Clap your hands...you know the rest..
James Brown & Michael Jackson RIP, your music still lives with us!

"last time he will do the hits" rolleyes and that's proven not 2 b true after the musicology tour, the 21 nights

so once again, his fanbase got duped nod

That's a ploy that will probably work every time.

yeah watch the next time i c his azz and he starts doing the hits again boo lol
man, he has such an amazing body of music that it's sad to see him constrict it down to the basics. he's too talented for the lineup he's doing. estelle 81
