Printablecan someone please explain to me the whole " THey should stay in their own fields?" I mean seriously, if people stuck to their own "fields" some damn good music would never have come to light...seriously do we have to be so anal retentive about people branching out and experimenting with other artists and other genres?
Neither of them have stayed in the box people put them in. If Johnny had stayed in his origional "field" that he was boxed into by others he would just be some pretty boy hasbeen never to be seen or heard from after he hit 30. He was smart enough not to do that thank Goodness...and I bet people wanted to put Prince in a little box and keep him there too...he's cause enough controversey over the years

BUT, I said that should stay in their own fields because it would be extremely odd to see the two together, crossing paths: P putting music on hold to act with Johnny, or Johnny putting acting on hold to play music with P. However, like I said previously, it would be cool to see the two speaking with each other since they seem similar on some levels. I just can't see the two together otherwise and I kind of don't want to even though I like both people very much. I agree I think there would or could be some interesting creative chemistry between these two.
