There are other ways to track UPS shipments. On the UPS,com website, you can track by a Reference too.
I know this as I was a beta tester of Xbox live. They sent all of thier shipments via ups, but did not give tracking numbers to all of their shipments. Someone posted on a board a ref number, that was either the day it was shipped in mm/dd/yy or mm/dd/yyy format. Other times, it was a word like "disk". You would then go to the site and enter in the reference, shipped within dates, zip code and country, You will pick up other shipments in your code, usually only a couple, but I was always able to find my packages and was able to plan around the receipt of them. Maybe one of the US receivers can give us more info from the mailing label on their packages, maybe we could figure out what Reference dates/words would allow us to track them. Just an idea. Peace Cause tomorrow is taking too long
and yesterday's too far away and the reality that you believe in begins to bind. | |
