for my 18th birthday which was on the 21st of Nov, my dad gave me a present...

it was in purple metallic wrapping paper and i could tell it was a record.


i opened it up and it was purple rain...i was so happy because i always borrow his copy, as my record collection is small...

BUT WAIT FOR IT!

my dad was like "take the record out of the sleeve then"

and to my delight/surprise/amazement

there it was!

i screamed!!!

its so beautiful and in perfect condition! what an amazing gift!

he told me he got it from a second hand record shop in france, and it was in a glass cabinet on the wall! he said he knew there was supposed to be a poster but because it was second hand someone had obviously kept it..
but i don't care, because is it gorge as it is!
i am a very lucky girl
just thought i'd share that!
