7 is my favorite.

this would probably be his best album of the 90's if it didn't suffer from what so many from the early to midddle part of the decade did. it's too long, trying to fill up 70+ minutes of CD just because it can.

my ideal tracklist, without re-shuffling, would be:

My Name Is Prince
Sexy MF
Love 2 The 9's
The Morning Papers
Sweet Baby
The Continental
Damn U
7
And God Created Woman
The Sacrifice Of Victor

One of my favorite albums of the 90's for sure cool

My favorite track is either

Damn U, Continental or 7

There's a lot of great songs here that its hard to pick just one. giggle
Those are my favorites in each category (ballad, upbeat/dance, overall song)

I also like:

The Morning Papers
The Max
eye Wanna Melt With U
God Created Woman
The Sacrifice of Victor (awesome back-up vocals from The Steeles thumbs up! )
had 2 run away... pride was 2 strong. It started raining, baby, the birds were gone

man, he has such an amazing body of music that it's sad to see him constrict it down to the basics. he's too talented for the lineup he's doing. estelle 81

Here was another one of Prince's very best albums which went by fairly unnoticed and criticized heavily by the press. I love just about every track on the album with the exceptions of his meanderings into hip-hop (sexy mf notwithstanding) and reggae.

I love the whole cd.

I think "Arrogance" sounds like a "Batman Soundtrack," song.

"Love 2 the 9's" is sweet as can be.
"The Lion Sleeps Tonight...

My Gawd, I love just about every track on this album. It's amazing.

The "Vanessa BarthalaMULE" seques were a bit confusing and unnecessary, but the album was just brilliant.

Standouts:
7 (lawd, this is a catchy tune)
God Created Women (a totally underrated ballad)
Damn U
The Morning Papers
Melt With U
Continental

Shit, I like 'em all.

The Symbol album reminds me alot of a religious hooker. Sure she dresses like a hot mess and often rambles and doesn't make any sense, but you're gonna receive one mean blowjob before the night is over.
