Hi orgers!

Ok, I'm from MN obviously...and my friends were at a bar last week. One of my friends ran in to an old friend from elementary school and he was filling her in on his life. Well apparently he works in video production and was recently at Paisley Park! My friends said he said he was there filming the "Guitar" video...me being the crazed Prince fanatic i immediately went into "but there wasn't a full video for Guitar! just the verizon commercial!...unless he's filming a new one!)

Anyway...the most important piece of info was that this friend said Prince DID have hip surgery and was moving around very slowly with crutches and/or a cane while he was there.

Sorry, i know the details are vague...i tried to get them to give me more...but that's all they had. sorry to be beating a dead horse with the whole...did he or didn't he have hip replacement surgery.

but i thought you would all want to know

RECENTLY? This doesn't sound too right to me. Wasn't the rumour on the hip surgery back in 2006/7? Plus, he's been seen out and about and nobody said anything about him movin slowly and wat not...and wat about the performances he's done this yr??? My 1 and 1 is not addin up to 2 here...

all i know is this guy was there fairly recently...like back sometime this summer or fall...and said prince was not moving around well and had crutches and/or a cane with him.

I read that he was limping coz he hurt his leg doing a video shoot. I suppose we will never know for sure, as long as he's able to make more music thats all I care about

U know how many times folks would come up to me with some BS Prince story because they know I am a fan...."I saw Prince's limo the other day and it was Purple with symbols painted all over the doors" or "my uncle painted his house" (heard that one 100's of times) ... the stories go on and on.... I just say "right, right....thanks for the info"

usually no smoke w/out fire..he prolly has had surgery, crikey these days people can be up running round after 24hrs
