For years I used to play Scarlet Pussy on 33 1/3 rpm believing this to be correct. I remember buying I Wish U Heaven on 12" and absolutely loving the funkyness of Scarlet Pussy.

It was only when I bought The Hits/B Sides years later that I realised it was played at the faster speed.

For those of you with the record and a turntable, give it a spin on 33 1/3rpm. I actually prefer it!!!!!

wow i dont have a record player but i tell u what the heaven 12 inch was sharp when he broke it down when eric leeds came in to play the sax and then the rest prince took it to a different level hey i like that S.P. really hot and sexy.....
