Was Prince into ESP??? how come he didn't do much TALKING?

I believe that Prince is just shy around love...When it came to the priciple of saving the club and singing spiritual music, His character was determined.

Because action always speaks louder than words.

Spirituality, believing in ones self, trust, honesty, good over evil, introspection, direction, positivity, quiet strength, depth of character,
humility, grace, lessons learned, a path 2 follow....

My interpretation?

Bad script + bad direction + bad acting + great soundtrack = bad movie.

A great long form music video with a bunch of dumb segues.

I happened to enjoy it,but just wondered why Prince didn't do much talking.

its about what happens when humans think they know better than angels.

This is true. Because Prince and MORRIS were fighting so much and it was about OWNERSHIP of the club. I totally miss MAVIS STAPLES being with PRINCE. I actually saw this movie 10x in the movies with a friend in TIMES SQUARE,believe it or not this theater played it all night long till 6am and the 2 of us along with HOMELESS people watched it. Some were SNORING, but it didn't play at that many places in NY or BROOKLYN so we had to do what we did before it left.

If they would left in "Cant Stop This Feeling I got","The Question Of U", and " The Latest Fashion" it would been alright.

what suffered was in like all prince movies : scenes r shown then not in the finished product..like the scene with morris and jerome in the back of the limo ..y the line "guess who the queen is" taking out i'll never know.

but i will agree that it's a long music video with not enough dialogue

They took out the GUESS WHO THE QUEEN IS cause MORRIS called PRINCE that and it was also ANTAGONISTIC against GAYS. I suppose the editors didn't want any problem nor PRINCE.
