Let's face it, for all his philosophizing about God and spirituality Prince is perenially shallow. Here's what the dream woman is, and always has been for that matter:
Lighter than a brown paper bag (no negotiations on this) (butterscotch & brighter, the boy is hopelessly color struck) Good hair (black folks know what I'm talkin'about. Everyone else,watch School Daze by Spike Lee) Younger than 25 An ill defined sense of self Educated but aimless Given to flights of fancy Saviour complex ("My love will deliver him from his errant ways!!! I can change him wit' my luv!")
Nowhere to go for three years, and a good back up plan thereafter cause that's about how long these dream sequences last. | |

Rather than reply to everyone...let me see if I can explain...I had posted a children's story that I had written and have copyright on. Although this story has gone through corrections over the years...It is Disney worthy of production, with the help of illustrators that are more professional than I.
When U know a man...Prince...that chases after money to help others with...as well as preach the gospel, and consequently U love and respect him over so many others trying to do the same thing...And U watch a man's dreams become a world wide reality in front of your eyes....All that U can give a man that has everything...Is a dream that two people can share that benefits the world. I have had too much impatience for a world falling apart...I want Heaven on Earth a century ago... When U see a man, that U love...and the wealthy in general, turn a dollar into millions from a starting block...and U know U have a block...U just want the block to be cared 4...and have the opportunity to play the life game... For numerous reasons...This "Zebra Christmas," story dream...which is the first book of a series of unwritten books...has been read by publishers all over and rejected...for professional reasons...however...make no mistake...The "Z" craze...comes from this story. This does not upset me...It's just that the heart of it...Is a fight for equality, and against racizm...In the name of Jesus. I have watched too many Disney movies...to think my lousy bank account can produce what they can... And all I can give a man I love...that has everything...Is this experience with me...It is...a "Song of the Heart.." Not a record album that comes with sexy dancing and trumpets.
