What do you think he means by that line? The happy "boy or girl"
part?

It's a metaphor for a money shot.
What Prince is essentially saying is that it doesn't matter if you're a boy or a girl--you're just a fluffer, so would you be happy in that role?

He's challenging us all to rise above our roles as mere cum sucking fluffer, and to ascend to the level of headlining porn star.

It's a metaphor for our lives. he's saying, "Are you doing your best? Are you happy with what you have? Then if I give you these riches, would that make you happy?"

In the end the only thing he can do is offer us, the lowly fluffers, his love. Cause it's up to us to determine what makes us happy--boy or girl.
