Open Book appreciation Why do you think Prince never released this single.
I really think it would have been a hit. He never even gave it to another artist. It's interesting, because the song doesn't really fit onto any album post Purple Rain. I'm not even sure of the year it was composed... maybe '86 I'm guessing. Any thoughts or info on this song? The public is squeezin' you kiddo. You'd better kick ass on your next album or else! | |

I love 'Open Book' Such a personal beautiful song.. It's like alot of p's songs that should have been released. I do agree wit, i think bono said it.. that prince needs someone for quality control!! | |
