Anyone remember this? I believe it's from 1987, when Prince did the Sign of the Times tour. He stayed at a huge mansion somewhere at the English countryside.

i remember the british tabloid press version of the article in '87, either 'the sun' or 'the news of the world', it was spread over the front cover and several pages inside, i have it somewhere. i seem 2 think it had something about P having an easter egg hunt at the house and gardens with money given 2 those that found eggs ?! i imagine whoever sold the story and pics made quite a few thousand pounds out of it. a bit of a sleezy thing 2 do tho'. | |

The article says the mansion's called Clifford Manor at Clifford Chambers at the county Warwickshire. | |

I also remember being a little upset that a lot of the perfumes he used were female perfumes because I recognised some of them, I had Jill Sanders and Van Cleef & Arpels myself. | |
