A while back I said that I would call a local station and start requesting that some of the cuts from the Rainbow Children be added to the playlist.

Well, I finally got around to it. Acutally, I emailed the station, and will follow up with a call when I have time to actually sit down and listen to see if they'll play it.

I'm listening to the CD now on they computer, and chose four cuts that I thought would fit in with their format. (contemporary jazz, adult contemporary).

I chose these four cuts:

1) Mellow
2) She Loves Me For Me
3) Muse To the Pharoah
4) Last December

I like the Sensual Everafter, especially the guitar solo at the end, but that DARNED VOICE! (As a matter of fact, that voice over thingy made me a little iffy about requesting some of the others as well) Other than that, I think this is such a BEAUTIFUL instrumental!

Anyone else requested songs on their local stations?

You know, I listened to that one and admittedly had to think about it. It's not the song that I wondered about, but the format of the station that I called. That song is a bit more rock oriented.

I think playing some of those songs on the radio would have a negative affect on his popularity.
