I guess when u walk down memory lane, it's still a new road...some songs can walk with u everyday into a new town.

I feel that way about a lot of Prince's songs...especially songs from "For You." They just come with u.

I love it when I haven't heard a song in ages and I hear it again and it takes me back in time. I hadn't listened to 7 in ages and i heard it again and i was like, omg i remember this song back from when I was a kid. I love it when that happens

And this song is one of his best...a true statement of his artistic and spiritual values...luv it!!

I love Anna Stesia, it has something special in the sound, composition, lyrics I realy don´t know It´s unique

One of his best tracks EVER.

I first heard it when I stumbled across 2 hours of LoveSexy tour footage on a website. He played the first couple of notes and it grabbed me right away. I saw the name of the song printed underneath and I was like "wow, its Anna Stesia"... cuz I heard things about this song. How it somewhat backs up the rumor that Prince was high the night he decided to shelve The Black Album and had that spiritual encounter.

The perfomrance of that just blew me away

So when I finally got the LoveSexy album and heard those first few keys being played, I was wondering "all ready? but its so early"

The song left me almost breathless because I was trying to get a grip on how powerful a number that is. Its probably one of the most revealing tracks he's ever written

"Anna Stesia" is deffintely one of my all time favorite songs by "His Royal Badness" ! The song had me at the first chord ! I remember hearing that and getting so emotional. Its a very pretty song and has alot of meaning 2 me on so many levels.As I like the spiritual aspect and musically its just so well written and sung ! The lyrics in itself are amazing ! I had "Love Sexy" on cassette and had 2 get another copy as I wore it out rewinding it over and over ! Then I heard it on cd and was like damn what a big difference !
I named my female calico kitty "Anna Stesia" fits my baby well as I love her so much,just like I love the song !
The ONA version is extremely good also ! 2 Bad there wasn't a video 4 this song !
