Hi folks, just a quick question ...Ultimate Prince is the only official album I haven´t bought yet simply because I already have all those songs in one form or the other and didn´t want to spend any money on a WB product.
However, most of you probably are aware of the fact that a lot of Prince´s 80s material sounds a bit weak in CD format but what about Ultimate Prince ? Are these songs remastered versions or digitally improved in any form ? Or are they just as horrible sounding as the old album CDs from that era ?
Some of his rereleased WB material,like songs off the motion picture soundtrack Girl 6, seem to sound much better than the old albums where they were taken from, so how is this release , soundwise ?

Sound quality is excellent. I bought it because there are some extended versions on disc 2, which, quite frankly, are off the hook!!!!
