don't remember all the words to the song but I liked the line I think he's saying that one of the words used to describe a womens private part is garden because you plant the seed water it and it grows etc.... & you can look at the tool as something she's using personally like a vibrator or he's saying that he himself is the garden tool & has what she needs for her garden.
