These were all versions listed on the Sleevographia site. I assume they're all legit.

Is the Automatic 7" considered rare? That must be where the edit version comes from. I know I shouldn't have done it, but I traded it a few years ago...
But, looking on the bright side, I got The Family CD out of the deal Life it ain't real funky unless you got that orgPop.

'Edits' just the sight of the word fills me with anger.I hate edits.

Why would u really want the edits? I guess for a compilation u could have many nice songs on there. Are u a completist?

Sexy Dancer:
I've not seen an edit for this track... it was released as a 7" single in the UK, but it's exactly the same length as the album version Bambi: Same as above (it was the b-side to that single) Automatic 3:38: This was released as a 7" single in Australia. It has no actual edits in it, it just fades off early. If you can do your own fades, just start the fade at 3:25 (just after the "yeah, yeah, yeah" bit) and end it at 3:38, and that's it. Thunder 3:20: This was released on promo 7" in the UK. Again, it's just an early fade rather than an edit. If you can do your own fades, just start at 3:05 (just after the first set of ascending "Ah,Ah,Ah,Ah"s) and end it at 3:20.

Thanks Boris. And no, I'm not so much a completist. I just really like edits for a best of compilation. That's what they're for. To give an overview of a career. Why not make them different than the albums they came from and fit as many killer songs on as possible. That's my stance anyway. I like edits.

What about "Alphabet St", the single version???
I really like this version instead of the one featured on the album with Cat rap!
