I'm thinking about creating a simple snapshot/publicity photo-based video clip for "With You" for my own personal, in-house, non-broadcast, non-professional, not for profit, strictly for fun and my own personal enjoyment, not to be seen by anyone else but me, use. Actually, my mom died this summer and I'm just putting together in video fashion some music she loved. Even though Prince was basically not allowed in my house (after she got a good listen to the likes of "Sister" and such), somehow mama overheard me playing this song and loved it, and assumed it was a woman singing. I just never bothered to correct her.

ANYHOO, I was just looking around for some good pix of Prince from the era when his second album was released. I poked into the gallery here a little bit but didn't really find anything yet. Please post your favorite 1979-ish pix in this post if you'd be so kind! I just stumbled across this photo on engineer Gary Brandts website, and while you guys have probably all seen it before, I've never laid eyes on it and I think it's a beautiful shot!



Did he or has he ever performed "With You" live? I don't recall ever hearing about it if he did.
