This is such a beautiful song, and I am someone that really loves the "Rave," album anyway...however, how offended do U think that Prince would be if He was considered a Sugardaddy?

First things first: Never heard this song until now, lovely light jazzy flavored tune.

Now, to answer your ?: I would think Prince, like anyone else, would not favor the position of being "used" for gain. I think that's implied in the statement being quoted here lately referencing that he's lookin for the "right" person.

While it does appear he has the means to lavish the "right" person with material things (and there's nothing wrong with that, it's part of showing love) she might not have the material means. However, her love contribution could very well meet an equitable level of "security" to him thus negating the concept of a "sugardaddy" relationship. But, it has to be the right person.

Of course, if your reference was to the candy "sugardaddy," he might just fancy that nicely.
