I don't know about you but it sounds like a decent bootleg, not much better. This definetly wasn't remixed or mastered.

as long as the sound is clear and consistent, i'll be fine with it. the only official product that irked me was the alladin DVD, and how the sound would go from soft to loud back and forth all the time. i hope whoever worked on that DVD got a sound thrashing, because it was too good of a performance to be mixed so awfully.

How come you have all heard the CD already??

i have heard it about 8 or 10 times now, from the original cd,
and i like it. i do miss a lot of what i saw or at least heard
from the aftershows. a cd has limited space, p limited will
to publish more material.
just listening to rock steady and misty blue from 2 different sources.
the songs are the versions from the last show and sound sooo much
better now.
what i miss: a good recording of the aug 28th show with p, josh&cora

I am keen to hear the Cd. primarily because the entire first half is taken from the aftershow i went to. Whilst 3121 opens this CD, it was thankuforletinmebemiceelf which actually opened the aftershow. Also, on 3121 princes guitar failed seconds after he introduced the song with some funk guitar. He handed it to a tech, whispered in his ear and didnt use it for a good while after.

the problem is...

whilst prince has put together a great little cd...

you know your still gonna be playing those indigo chronicles...!!!
