We all know P can hit them high notes, but don't sleep on El. He is probably one of the greatest rnb singers EVER.

I love El, but there is no contest with Prince.

ETA: As far as range goes, I don't think El can go up and down the way Prince can, but his tone and timber are quite lovely. Prince has more range, but I think El sings prettier, his tone is prettier.

Debarge has long hair, then prince has long hair.
Then Debarge cut it short, then Prince cut his short.

Then Debarge did a soundtrack, and Prince went out and did Batman.


His entire career has involved running around and copying poor El Debarge, bless his heart.

Prince has a better range but cannot fuck with El's falsetto. I just saw El in concert last month and he has such a beautiful voice.
