Did Prince own Club Oneten?

I came across some matches, and the Oneten logo on the matchbook cover is a symbol.
I have some Glam Slam matches too and I never went to these places. All that I can figure is that a friend of mine that was a guitar tech for Tony Tony Tony gave them 2 me.
Does it still exist? I don't even know what year I got these matches, it would at least have to be a decade ago.
