Best 'Rockballads' by Prince I am sorta in a list-mood, so here i go again.. 
What are Princes best rockballads. He has done lots of soul/R&B/jazzy/falsetto type of ballads, but not so many more rockorientated ones. Rock? Much guitar, a raw edge, often a 'bluesy' vibe soundwise... Here is my top 10 (in chronological order) 1. Purple Rain 2. Another Lonely Christmas 3. The Cross 4. Anna Stesia (well.. a 'bordertype' of rockballad) 5. The Question of U (idem) 6. Joy in repetition (especially the live-versions) 7. The Morning Papers 8. Gold 9.
