how to post photos

hi i need help i dont know how to post photos on the forums can any one help. sad
the man in the moon is smiling 4he knows what i'm dreaming of tonight is the night 4 making slow love.

I know as far as going to photobucket. starting an account...uploading photo's and from there I'm lost...

I don't know how you bring them from photobucket, over here. cool
