All 7 fall In Prince's many songs he talks about The ENd Times. His most famous probrably 1999 against nuclear weapons. He since Purple Rain has used a concept called The Dawn. He says don't worry The Dawn is coming.
He has The Cross which is supposedly about Jesus coming back. On PR there's that strange track after Darling Nikki. It's baclwards but played foreward reads something like "How are you, don't worry he's coming soon." SO he seems big into prophecy and Jesus coming. But one of his most mystical songs of all is 7. I havet o wonder what 7 is about. I'm looking through The Bible and have to wonder is it the 7 heads of The Beast. There's an angel who comes down with a key in Revelation. He describes war and armies. Is he describing Arrmegedon. Is he saying that the heads of The Beast will fall when Jesus comes back. Then he goes on with the new city with streeets of gold. Is he talking about The New Jeruselum described in The Bible or that we will all ascend into heaven? If anything Prince is a mystery. He uses codewords, has ideas, puts biblical things in his lyrics, and has his own way of spelling. Even his name couldn't be pronounced. Working up a purple sweat. | |

Yes it uses imagery from the Apocalypse of John ('Book of Revelation').
Probably the closest the Bible comes to science fiction. | |

The 7 deadly sins..are the challenges we all have to capture and destroy.
When one person or a group of people that have not conquered theses challenges as an individual, and head a country...that is a strong influencial power that has to spiritually die, for the sake of the world community. Moral absolutes will destroy the weaker ideas. "The Lion Sleeps Tonight... | |
