Prince just needs to perform on every TV show..

Prince if your dropping in on this board here is some advice for promoting the new CD: Go on almost every tv show you can (ie Tonight show, Morning show..) and advertise your site. Rod Stewart is doing this with his new CD and its working for very well. His new CD entered Billboard at 4. No radio play at all for Stewart but he's getting around the corporate monopoly of music. Prince could do this too!

He could do a cameo on Frasier, play a patient on ER, be the focal point of Law & Order (busting a secret underground bootlegging ring), chill with the girls on The View, make home-made ear wraps on Martha Stewart, and peddle his left over GCS power packs on Home Shopping Network, how fun! wink

just joking lol

Or "Joy In Repetition" 10 minute guitar madness. With clips
from the audience, showing Craig David and associates, as
they said to one another

"what's that instrument he's playing"

"I think it's a guitar"

"a guitar?"

"yeah, well, I think it is"

"wow, so that's what they look like"

"I wonder where one could get a guitar?"

"perhaps if we fill out a form and send it 2 our manager?"

Like I said in my lighthearted EMA review, if Prince had
played the EMA's last nite, he would have blown all them
other fools out of the water.

He could have dazzled [is that a word?] the crowd and the
tv audiences at home.

Moby played for about 10 minutes at the end of the show. I

If Prince had been on there 4 10 minutes, he could have
given them something they would have to recorver from the
next few weeks to come.

Imagine "Anna Stesia" with an extended solo at the end...

I bet the guys from "O-town" would be the most puzzled of
all the audience members.

They would be amazed at all those other people up on stage
with Prince.

"Why are all those other people there?"

Anna Stasia leans 4ward and whispers

"They're the band, the musicians"

"What? Psyche huhuhu. No they're not!"

"Yeah, tsss. You don't know anything Anna Stasia"

"Bands do dance routines, they don't play instruments!"

"Yeah, everyone knows that".

Anna Stasia, in pop-spec disbelieve "Come again?"

"No thanx, we've all had a shower together b4 the show,
I couldn't possibly."

Pass the sausages please.

That would be so cute to see a cartoon Prince. They did Michael Jackson once on the simpson. Now its time for a Prince appearance of the Simpsons smile, but they need to really have Prince's voice not somebody sounding like him.

I think he should be on TV shows more often back when he was with Mayte during the Enmancipation & New Power Soul he did alot of TV interviews. I like to see Prince sit down and talk not just for a song preformance.
