P has 2 play that solo ***************************************************************************************

I hate guitar solos. Prince should only be allowed to play funkchords on his guitar. Btw I hate drum solos too, and sax solos (Kenny G style) and bass solos and... I woke up sunday morning with no way to hold my head that didn't hurt
and the beer I had for breakfast wasn't bad so I had one more for dessert

P has 2 play that solo This version (he prefaces the first solo with 'about to hear Larry/Candy/Maceo/Prince play Joy In Repetition') is the same as that which Prince aired from the forthcoming 3CD live set over the PA at some concerts and after parties in Europe e.g. Click Club Oct 4 am, and Hammersmith Apollo, London, October 4 This version is also circulating on video/videoCD. Maybe the copy you have has JIR from the Aftershow tagged on the end of the NYC main concert??? Reviews on prince.org at the time also confirm that Joy In Repetition was not performed during the main show, and Larry only guested during the main show for a Sly cover.(Sing A Simple Song), whereas he was present on stage for most of the Aftershow. Billy's Sunglasses is hardly a "song" as such, but damn he does play the guitar for an age. I had that track on my computer for a while, allegedly, and I got a little bored with the Billy part and used to skip to when he starts playing "Strange Relationship".
That song sounds so cool play on a guitar like that, don't u think? Why can't he have done an alternate version stripped down with the guitar and some chords on the keys. Never shoulda deleted that song. Dammit. Fool.
