Rave Un2 the Joy Fantastic. Help!

I already have it on on video.
I have just purchased a DVD player.
Is it worth getting again on DVD?

What extras do i get?

Thanks!

If you like the show of course it's worth getting on DVD. Just the ability to skip song to song makes it worth the money. Plus the improved video and sound quality.

The extras aren't all that great. There is maybe 10 minutes of extra footage and a quick interview with some of the people in the show

It's worth it for the Purple House performance alone IMO.

There have been many much better Prince shows to say the LEASST but this shows had it's moments.

The superb sound and picture quality is worth it alone.
TO see him doing 'she's always in my hair' and to hear the guitar so clearly is thrilling. The bass duel with L.graham before Kiss is neat and with a 10" sub on FULL it sounds awsome.

One of the most thrilling parts is when Lenny Kravitz and Prince walk in through the crowd to the "american woman ' drum beat like two boxers. These guys do a awsome version of 'american woman'. Awsome. Prince guitar on Purple Rain is pretty incredible.

I really like this disc and wish that he'd put out more.
