Does Prince get Jealous?

Based on the, "I Hate U," song...The song sounds posessive more than it does jealous..
I believe that Men are equally as jealous as women are in relationships.. I believe if you are a woman in Prince's life that challenges that side of him...You will be left...And I agree that should be the case where infidelity is concerned. A vow is a covenant that you make with God...regardless of what someone else does...

Do you believe that jealousy is the reason Prince's relationships have reduced themselves to friendships?

I think he can be jealous, possessive, controlling and an egomaniac (I still love u Princey ), but I think his romantic relationships most likely ended through his eventual boredom, new , or once the other person grew up and didn't want to be controlled anymore, he moves on.

I read in Possessed that when Miko Weaver and Dex Dickerson was in the band, he was jealous when groupies would want to meet them instead of him.

Well..there are plenty of situations laid before us..that aren't the right kind of love...
Love has a plan...and men and women both do things that leads them to a brick wall of understanding...

In the song, "Temptation..." The narrator says, you have to want love for the right reasons...Prince says, "I do," The narrator says..."You don't, now die."

Relationships die for this very reason...and Prince knows it. A lot of heartbreaking tears can be cried before we find the person meant to spend happy lives with.

Jealousy in small doses is just a passionate emotion...If it turns into throwing glass across the room, or people across the room..than there's more to it...
A little bit of jealousy is expected...But if it turns into lack of trust, than that will deteriorate a friendship.

Everybody gets jealous in one way or another. Prince is no exception.

I'd say yes, he gets jealous, because he always gets whatever he wants.

Prince always gets what he wants? I'm sure Prince didn't want a string of bad days, and got them anyway...

But I do not believe this is what led to the breakdown in his marriage relationship - I think his relationships have ended as friendships, because he grows apart from people which is understandable considering his workload, it would be hard for anyone to keep up and share his life. I think you are right on point with this question. Now do you think he will get married again? I happen to think he will and it will probaly be lasting this time. He doesn't appear th be the kind to be alone. Also, he has indeed grown a lot and probaly knows by now the type of woman that would be suitable for him give his needs, wants, desires, his everything and he will without a doubt giveback in return. HELL YEAH he gets jealous. On the Lovesexy Tour he got jealous of Miko because all the girls wanted him and not Prince, so Prince started f-ing with MiKo, he started saying stuff like, in rehearsals "Turn your damn guitar down," when Mico couldn't even hear his guitar he told Prince and Prince got grim with him, talkin about, "You wanna go outside?" Mico told him back, "Yeah, but I'm not going out there with all your bouncers!" Prince is a jealous, insecure, my way or the highway, sensitive, control freak. But I still love his music. I don't know if I would ever want to work with him though.
