Come on think about it. Michael Jackson had his biopics in The Jackson Five: American Dreams and Man in the Mirror: The Michael Jackson Story, Little Richard had his movie bio as well as Ray Charles and James Brown will later has his movie bio sometime next year (I think). You think maybe Prince would lighten up and allow a movie about his life? It would be interesting to watch.

Prince needs to play himself if the movie is going to be really good...
Musical Biographies...are really tough to pull off I think. I can easily use the movie "Pink Panther," as an example...I know it isn't a musical example...

Had the movie have been Steve Martin in the role of a English police officer...I would have though the movie was a really good comedy mystery...However, based on Steve Martin playing the Inspector...He didn't pull it off...You sit there saying...That's Steve Martin.

Look at how difficult it would be to cast a Barabara Streisand Biography...Some people are just so unique...That it can't be done...unless they are the lead role.

That's funny. Prince and Muhammed Ali (1970's Film) are the only people I know who have played themselves in their own biographical movies. Ali couldn't act either.

Also a bit of trivia - The Greatest Love of All (George Benson version not Whitney) was the hit song from that Ali movie.

If Tina Turner could help produce a fantastic biographical film, then the same could be done with Prince. Just like Turner, his look(s), dance moves, and personalities could easily be replicated on screen by the right actor, who just may not have been discovered yet.


Prince just will not let it happen.
