I haven't seen Lovesexy or SOTT. I wasn't even aware that their were such things.

Go get'em! 'Sign O' The Times' is gorgeous! It is one of the best musical movies he ever made.

The 'Lovesexy Live' vhs' are great, too. But 'Sign' has a totally different feeling. It is a concert movie indeed, with acted parts that link the songs and the dark and eerie photography is very good.

By the way, if U like Prince's music videos and U surf the net, U cannot live without 'The Undertaker' (1993).

And, for that matter, its companion release, "The Sacrifice of Victor", a recording of his exclusive aftershow at Bagley's Warehouse in London. Shame neither of these videos have had a decent transfer on to DVD.

Well I am searching but so far all I have been able to get is The Undertaker audio. I am guessing these videos/DVD's weren't released legally?

Loved his take on Whole Lotta Love, and that brief glimpse we got of his rendition of Love Rollercoaster. Wish there'd been more than 10 seconds of Money Don't Matter 2Night though.

That's what I was saying when I was there at the Aladdin. The DVD isn't bad but the fact that the DVD is missing about, I would say half of the show, is very disappointing. The DVD didn't show the Piano medley. They didn't show P singing Power Fantastic, The Question of U and other rarities. That makes me more sad than mad. With all that said, that was one of the best nights of my life, for real. Being at Vegas with Prince was just beyond amazing and even though a lot from that night is missing from the DVD, I'm glad that there was a DVD for the show at all and that it was officially released for all of us to watch and enjoy.

Maybe if we beg and plead we'll get a full release of the show yet. It sounds great.

Yes, they were legal - both bona fide Warner Vision releases, though only on VHS as they were a few years before the advent of DVD. They are very hard to find though, I'm afraid.

I got the sacrifice of victor recently, its great but i was shocked at how skeletol prince looked, he was so skinny in this. Still the most gorgeous man on earth though biggrin

Does anyone know who was on the screen behind the stage just before Strange Relationship(i think) starts? It seems to be someone with a guitar on the cover of Rolling Stone but it doesn't look like P. It's there for a split second and then it's gone

it was takumi his guitar tech at the time
man, he has such an amazing body of music that it's sad to see him constrict it down to the basics. he's too talented for the lineup he's doing. estelle 81
