your not gonna get any love for this on here btw, but it's actually good, whoever did the production did very well imho...much better than jay z's purple tape mix cd

i love their use of "baby" for "what means the world to you"

No hate from me. I am actually one of the few people who defends Hip Hop on the Org. But come on now this is just ridiculous! Jim Jones and Juelz Santana spitting over Prince music. That is just retarded. Whoever thought it was a good idea to produce this shit could have at least gotten some quality artists! Then Nore and Jesse Boykins III. Give me a break. Jada was probably the most quality artist on there and even still I wouldn't picked him to be on that. Chris Rock is absolutely right. It is getting harder and harder to defend Hip Hop these days!

now i'll agree with you there, i'm not the biggest dipset fan ever, but they do have a few redeemable members...


the most enjoyable part of this cd (no doubt for prince fans, and even more so for prince fans and hip hop heads) is the production, which for the most part, seems seamless to me (from what i remember, havent listened in awhile)...the producers seemed to do the original songs justice with the exception of a few that escape my mind right now, but some of them were admirable, and even synced perfect with the original songs..
