Hey Orgers!

Yesterday, I was doing some grocery shopping in my local Wal-Mart and I wandered over into the Entertainment part of the store. So I'm perusing the dvd rack and I saw something that absolutely chilled every cell of blood in my veins:

There was a bunch of "Double Feautre" discs (dvds that have two different films on them) and this title caught my eye:

Purple Rain/Fame
And the cover was an absolute mess, The PR cover squcshed on with the Fame logo.
I just stood there for a moment staring at the rack, most likely slack jawed. I mean, how do you even start to put Purple Rain and Fame together. (I do own a copy of each movie, but each on thier own dvd!)

Would Prince really authorize using his movie and face and logos and stuff and put it with another movie. If there was a Prince double feautre, I could see PR and Grafitti Bridge together.

I'm just mad.

That's interesting...I really don't know if you mean that these movies are blended or not...
However...I have always loved the "XANADU" concept...when the two stages come together...and they sing....

I highly doubt this has anything to do with Prince authorizing it, but Warner Brothers authorizing it, I'm sure WB owns the final say so, and not Prince.
