There is a version of Pink Cashmere out there that sounds better then the orginal (IMO). Prime aka The Kid

Blue Light: I like the lyrics and I think it could be a great reggae song but Prince's lack of Jamaican accent/pronounciation doesn't seem to match the music?
Pink Cashmere: This is a little better I think because there's actually a regge mon on the song...but the music styles don't mesh very well. Ripopgodazippa: I like this one. Music, lyrics and Prince's delivery much more believable. I can't find The Sun, The Moon, The Stars, yet. I'll keep trying.  | |

I just got this version of "Pink cashmere" on the original UK promo 12". I had it on a bootleg before getting the official copy! [Edited 8/4/08 7:03am] Making love and music are the only things worth fighting for. |
