SoulAlive	I always thought of this song as Prince's attempt to write another "When Doves Cry".....you know,a song where he's hurting,feeling neglected and alone.... how can you just leave me standing alone in a world that's so cold? love if you're there come save me,from all this cold despair It's a cool song.

I think it was just rated, not necessarily under or over. It's among my favorites now, but it's gotta be the complete version and not just the edit, and I prefer to be watching the ("extended") video as I'm hearing it. Picky picky!

And I'm Junior Vasquez Fan #1, but OMG were his remixes dullsville. Gotta be the original!

Very astute observation! Never really noticed that before. Was this another bass-less song as well? That would cinch it.
