I'M SORRY 4 BEATING A DEAD HORSE..

I've been a long time fan who just wants prince 2 excite me again and put me on the edge of my seat. The Rainbow Children was great because it got people excited and in2 deep discussions about his music once agian. I miss the days when he was controversial. TRC still gets people debating 2 this day. Lyrically it made u cringe at times but Musically it was very organic and riveting. That album had a live sounding vibe to it and was very loose. There was none of that pastic instrumentation. I want Prince just 2 shock me one more time!! lol

The sad thing is...how many people know the "Purple Rain Prince," yet they don't see the spectrum of the man....I believe that airplay could help that...We here that are close by to Prince have knowlege that other's can't because they are unfamiliar with his work...The more people that were exposed to "The Rainbow Children," would create a whole new breed of younger musicians....We up here...know this...kids today...are still going to the school of "Classic Rock," which is important...however...there is a lot of work to do....Everywhere. Finding Prince to be the top dog in the music world doesn't matter...What does matter is that we cater to the concept for everybody...It truly isn't the time to say...I found the mountain top...and waddle off to the Carribean...for a swim...It is time to trickle water into the valley...and if it means...skipping over the nailpolish and the hairshops...ya get to tap dancing as quickly as you can....The seven deadly sins...contain laziness and that seems to be the deadly sin that people treat most lightly...Well they are all equally a problem. cool

Sorry, I don't get TRC. I listened to it, and the religious overtones are just too much to take for me to enjoy the album. Hate it.
