Question:

Some people are just natural born leaders. Do you think Prince is one of them? Or do you think he has bullied and stepped on people to get to the top?

I know that God's helping hand can sometimes look like stairs to people. Underneathe it all, people find that in a successful climb...oftentimes our positions can be rearranged. Even with politics....it is often better when the most popular canidate...does not recieve the role of their choice, because there was something in the forest.

A little bit of both.
You can't make any kind of success without being at least a little cutthroat...Unless you're Mother Theresa...lol
But the entertainment industry?...disbelief
Sick, sick, game...

I think we all like to be in charge, don't we? in fairness he's diserved the right for being the most prolific songsmith of our age.May i add probably of all time!therefore he may have and will be a bit of what you say, but that's life, and the answer is.... Yes! tho at the moment he needs to address the situation he's in and embrace his fans as we do him pray

Well he peaked in the 80's, but he's by far not out of the game at all.

I just watched the 'Glory Days' DVD...It is interesting that at a very early age he was so determined to be different. He knew exactly what he needed to do to set himself apart. The music industry at the time was in need of a 'Prince'. He accepted the challenge and that took courage and leadership. He was a natural visionary and a risk taker which are both leadership characteristics. I feel as though he became a better leader when he started to 'delegate' and allow his band/team to contribute more. I guess it could also be said that the music always came first, hence serving as his leader and he was a faithful follower. lol
