Up until about 4 years ago, I used to be a screaming meemie, but now, I find that I'm studying him more--like his musicianship and stuff. I still dance, though.

HMmmm well ive only been to 2...i started screaming when i saw a hint of his lacy white pants....then when he actually came out w his guitar i started cryin my eyes out and screaming and jumpin up and down and pretty much actin like an idiot...I just couldnt help it..the things that man does 2 me..omg!!! I did get eye contact, a smile and a wave from him...he was probably thinkin awww look at the little retareded girl...but screw it..it made me happy as shit!! LOL

The same way I behave when I'm at home.

Back in the day I would be in the first circle in front of the stage, center-stage, back of the ring, so I could look left and right and still be able to see facial expressions.

I love to listen, watch, hear what arrangements he made for old songs, see Prince give hand directions to the band, see how all the eyes of the band are fixed on him, scared to miss a cue.

at my first prince concert back in 88 I turned into one of those
screaming girls that went crazy for the beatles,,,crying and all.
Since then, I am more cool now,,observing everything I can..taking it all in.
It is almost like Im studying him.

You might as well enjoy yourself, you may never see Prince again.

I behave very differently at a Prince concert. One half of the concert I'm acting like Dayclear described, clapping like a mad man (my hands felt almost numb, feeling tickles), jumping up and down like a duracell rabbit, screaming so much that in the end I had no voice to sing with
Energy just comes flowing out of every pore.

And the other half I'm enjoying very silently with my binoculars and a huge smile his facial expressions, his fingers playing guitar, just every detail, very cool to see that too. And yes, that requires some sitting but not too long of course.

At the O2 I couldn't see jack shit although being very close to him, he didn't come much to the side and I was tired and not that excited as I used to be back in the days.

At a jilly Scott/Outkast concert, several years back, we were all just loving her, really feeling her doing “The Way” and suddenly abruptly she stopped singing. I was about 4 rows back and we all of course wondered why, we followed her look… 4 rows down, walking behind a big beefy bodyguard, Prince, in purple, shades and 4-5 inch tall boots, everyone just watched, including Ms. Scott, he never broke his slow stride, nodding to those who yelled his name, a wave here and there, he walked down to the first seat in the last row of the pit, sat down and crossed his legs.
I am stunned but the look on Jill’s face was priceless. She just broke a smile like “F..its Prince!!!” The audience finally got over the shock and got real loud clapping and Jill stood there clapping and watching him, he stood up, raised his hand, waved, nodded towards Jill and sat back down. Like she had been given the ok to sing, she went into “A long walk” and folks just roared, she laughed and kept singing.
My favorite Prince memory, besides seeing him in concert with Vanity 6!
