iwatched purple rain the other day, ant seen it in a long time n i forgot how AMAZING he performs the beautiful ones, its sooooo good love it , watched it over n over, i would love to see him sing that live like that wow!! def my favourite part of the whole film!!

The first time I watched/heard The Beautiful Ones I was bought to tears.

one of his best performances and yes because he sings it with passion especially when he does that scream..i get emotional..i wish he played the piano more now in his music

Incredible scene, I defy any woman not to love that, I find it quite hard to breathe watching that... even now...

i love this, i often watch just that part of purple rain as it is the best part.
i heard him sing this live at the o2, and it was amazing.
the passion with which he sings it is electrifying.
