Prince French Album or Song

Has anyone ever heard of or has in their possession a Prince French album. Where Prince is actually singing in French. I heard a rumor that this exists, but am having a hard time believing it. Help me out people especially some of you orgers who live in France.
Thanks

It was actually a legiimate remix and release by Prince.
It was a giveaway at some fashion show. It was a tape that contained other remixes and songs.

It has been bootleged on Cd under names like "The Versace Experience".
If prince.org were to be made idiot proof, someone would just invent a better idiot.

It does not exist.
Prince doesn't even speak french (he only knows a few french words & phrases). The track 'Girls & Boys' is about the only song he's recorded that has him singing any french.

'Chatounette Controle' is an official remix of 'Pussy Control', but Prince doesn't speak french on it. He merely announces supermodels names over the beat, a female voice speaks a lot of french at the beginning of the track. 'Chatounette Controle' was created especially to be used at the Versace collection show during the July 1995 Paris fashion days. It was also included on promotional sampler tapes called 'The Versace Experience (Prelude 2 Gold)' that were given out free to attendees of the show.

Hello Folks
Well i'm french and a long-time Prince fan. Although i've never heard of a french-sang Prince album, it is obvious that he worked with a few french-speaking singers so maybe some songs in french could exist in the vaults.

There was a rumour back in 1994 that he recorded a french version of "The Most Beautiful (Boy) In the World" with singer Ophelie Winter (the same that climbed on the stage at the Paris 98 concert during "Come On"). This song was told to be recorded at Studio Davout, a high-rated parisian recording studio.

Besides that, i've heard about a canceled project with french actress Mathilda May but i don't know what was going on with her.

By the way, the words/phrases Prince speaks in "Girls & Boys" or "Under The Cherry Moon" or "Chatounette Controle" are very bad french, it seems they are genuinely written by him self, not by a french speaking person.

Just to add my 2 cents smile

Peace,
LCSL.
