Thanks Mr. Nelson....I have to put it out there!!! I'm going through one of those times in life when it seems like everything is closing in on you. Today seemed to be an extra dose of my reality.....and the way someone spoke to me today, could have set me off to a place I really dont like to venture. Anyway I let the person do there thang, then I jumped in my car to drive away. As I was driving I started to get into the old "pity" B.S. and so on, but something told me dont do it. I turned on the radio instead and guess what song started play? I Wanna Be Your Lover!!!!! I turn it up and felt so good! It gets better. It is double play tuesday where I live so right after that Kiss came on!!!! the strange thing is I have never really liked "Kiss" that much, but today since I was so frustrated and what not, I listened to the words more "open". Mind you, I know the words by heart since it came out, but today they touched me. It just really made me feel good about myself.
My life is what it is. Good/Bad, but today I have to say hearing those two songs lifted me up so much. I'm suprised Kiss made me feel so good. Anyway, I hope that everyone on this site today get's an extra boost in your life, no matter where it comes from I hope that everyone sooner than later has a smile on there face(for the better)!! | |

aww i get those days sometimes..only thing is they barely play him (or not as much as i would like them to) where i live on the radio so i just listen to him on my ipod.But thanks for the kind words | |

Ha I can relate to that! Just been made redundant and affects everything. Before u get a new job u have to sort out bank etc and seems like a mountain.You are right it's all about perspective and how u deal with it

the power of music is xtraordinary 
if i would have 2 choose prince songs that the radio will NEVER play by prince that always gives me a lift, it would b mountains and days of wild 4 sho!! time 2 switch 2 radio station WNPG!!!  man, he has such an amazing body of music that it's sad to see him constrict it down to the basics. he's too talented for the lineup he's doing. estelle 81 | |
