Prince Rockabilly/Swing tracks Jack U Off/Delirious/Horny Toad/No Call U.... Those are the only 4 i can think of off the top of my head. Can anybody else think of any other Prince songs that are done in a Rockabilly/Swing-type styles?

I really never knew what Rockabilly, was...but if "Horny Toad," and "Delirious," fall into this category of music, I know that I like it...I like almost everything...

good thread!
i love this aspect of Princes music! they are fun songs but well written and accessible. rockabilly is spot on - Tame - rockabilly is new wave rocknroll. UK thing i thought for the most part. they dress like 50s usa style all plaid shirts over tees and hair a bit like elvis but shorter. Plus the turn up jeans. Are there still rockabillys around? it was a post 80s early 90s thing. Plus they love all the original old yank cars. horny toad is such fun! i love that prince can move sideways from funk and all the cool sexy stuff and come right out with clasic american rocknroll and make it so cool. Hes never been afraid of people making noises over his different styles. So many bands are into their own thing and wouldnt dare try another style for losing cred.
