live track songs such as concert performances or studio track songs for a album? i personally n-joy listenin 2 live tracks , i jus love how prince would interact w/ the audience and some of the things he would say durin a song. It woulda been so nice if he could perform songs like something in the water (does not compute), sleep around, $ doesn't matter 2nite or the dance live

I do not care if the song is live or not, it is whatever takes my fancy at the time that matters to me.

I often revisit albums for various reasons and that includes live stuff. It is the song that gets me, not whether it is live or not.

I think I prefer studio.

Uh... difficult, I like STUDIO because of details and sound but I feel that LIVE is powerful!!!

I prefer studio... but I'm not against listening to live joints if the recording quality is at least pretty good.

most of the time studio.....depends my mood and the quality of the live recording!

I haven't heard enough live recordings, to say that I would prefer it to the studio version's because...sometimes, the audience, creates too much of a distraction...however...I am sure I would prefer to be a side stage listener...everytime.
