What a pity the performance of this track was edited on the official release.Because the actual performance, when Prince shouts "turn around" or something, goes one more round with a little guitar solo (clean/jazz type of sound, no distorted guitar) in it and THEN to the final breakdown while in the official release it ends right after Prince shouting.

Uh well, maybe i'm anal about this.. There's also a chunk missing between when he says, "On the one!" and "I ain't got no business up here. She just wrecked the stage!" There's a cool section in between that where he sings portions of "All Day, All Night" and "Hollyrock." Too bad it was taken out, because it's fun. | |

[Edited 7/5/08 9:24am] Most of the editing is really seamless when you compare the soundboard to the released version. It was definitely nicely done and nice to know that there were very few fixes needed. I'm guessing the editing was all done to make the videotape under one hour. Oh, and the original, longer version of Hollyrock is better than the edited one too. | |
