status of Prince's relationship w/Wendy & Lisa? Are they friends at this point? I remember reading that Prince had told them they were going to go to hell for their lesbian lifestyle - is this true?
It would be a shame if those three aren't on good terms b/c they made some amazing music together. the music knows what your motives are when you are making it

wendy performed with him on july 7 last year in minneapolis, so at the very least prince is able to call on her for favors. | |

YES Prince did say that to them, that they would go to hell for thier lifestyle. 4.Would you want to still help another person and was told you would get credit on it and NEVER recieved it? IMHO, I would not. ( Prolly why they didnt give him good songs/music for PE cause they KNEW they would not receive credit for it) 5. Wendy is with another Lisa and has a son. Lisa has a duaghter and now a mom( by who we dont know she choose to keep that private and I respect that) 6. Wendy performs for him once in awhile but Lisa we dont know about. [Edited 7/1/08 10:42am] Lisa performed with Prince at the Brit awards (along with Wendy and Sheila). Lisa also gave Prince a big hug when he showed up at one of their Largo gigs. The whole "going to hell for your lifestyle" thing, took place 25 years ago during a fight in which there was a lot of name calling done by both parties - just brother-sister fights - we all have them. I'd say they're at least on cordial terms, if not out-and-out friends. They (and especially Wendy) have performed with him a few times this decade, and as mentioned previously, they are on PE.
I'm hoping things between them can continue to heal and we can get a complete collaboration between the two (three) parties sometime in the near future. The best moments on PE are when you can hear that old chemistry between them. | |
