It's from the "Cream" 12" single. The track list is:
Cream (album version) Cream (N.P.G. mix) Things have gotta change (Tony M rap) 2 the wire Get some solo Do your dance Housebangers Q in doubt Ethereal mix The big question always is, are they remixes or b-sides?
