Funnily enough, Miles Davis was also "heavy on the cover up" too, particularly in the years prior to his death.

I'm not sure whether you mean both male and female band members, but I assume you mean both genders, in which case the answer is yes.

As far as brand of make-up is concerned, I recall a pen pal of mine discussing her meeting with Prince prior to the kick-start of his 'Lovesexy' tour here in London. When the conversation turned to make-up Prince apparently disclosed that he was quite partial to Shiseido.
