PARTYMAN/THERE WAS A TIME - INDIGO LONDON AFTERPARTY

Over 12 minutes of the most awesome live aftershow Prince and the band I have ever heard. Prince seriously had such a tight band for those aftershows, and listening to this jam, oh my lord they were on fire and Prince ripped up the bass on this jam.

The funniest thing is in the crowd some dude who just cannot believe what he is witnessing can be clearly heard calling Prince all manner of expletives 'Prince, play that bass you MF' being the most memorable. There is joy in Indigo!

'Prince, play that bass' - the man can slap!

Was anyone there to recall? I was!

vivid

Which night was that? I was at one aftershow where he played Partyman towards the end of the show. Don't like the song, but it was a lovely surprise on the night.
